What is a framwork contract?

The FWC is a mechanism used by the EC to contract operational short-term technical assistance to beneficiary countries of external aid. The contract concerns assignments of less than 300.000 EUR. Under the framework contract short-term missions are carried out of maximum 260 working days to be implemented in a period of maximum 2 years, but usually of less than three or four months in the beneficiary country. Our company is recruiting experts for these missions. Experts receive remuneration per working day (including travel days) and an allowance per night spent in the beneficiary country (per diem).

The beneficiary countries are mainly ACP (Africa-Caribbean-Pacific) countries but also the countries of the ENPI (European Neighborhood policy), ALA (Asia and Latin America) countries, candidates and potential candidates to join the European Union.
